We had a fantastic stay at Junogite - Residence. The value for money was great, with a clean and comfortable room. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Juno Beach, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The food for breakfast could have been better with a wider selection of options.

Stayed in a charming 18th century building, loved the bar/lounge for my favorite drink, and had fun sailing and renting a scooter nearby.
Was disappointed that the hotel didn't have a private airport and helicopter pad for my arrival. How inconvenient.

The hotel's decoration was simply charming, with delicate floral patterns on the wallpaper and cozy furniture that reminded me of my grandmother's house. The general areas were kept neat and tidy, and there were plenty of comfortable seating options for senior people like myself to relax and enjoy a cup of tea. I also appreciated the hotel's accessibility, with wide hallways and a convenient elevator that made it easy for me to navigate around the property.
I would have asked for a better vacation experience for senior people if there had been more assistance available from the staff. It would have been helpful if the children working there had provided a bit more guidance and support, especially when it came to navigating the local area and finding nearby amenities.

I absolutely loved the decoration in the hotel! From the charming Norman building to the shared garden, everything was so beautifully designed. It really made me feel like I was experiencing the true essence of the region. As a senior person, I also appreciated that the hotel had good accessibility. The children working there were very helpful in assisting me with any needs or questions I had, and the general areas of the hotel were easily navigable for someone like me.
For a better vacation for senior people, I would have liked to see more handrails or support in the hotel's stairs and hallways. This would have provided an added level of safety and security for older guests like myself.

As foreign tourists, we loved the superb location just a 5-minute walk from Juno Beach. The local amenities, especially the excellent bakery, were a great convenience. The pass codes for security instead of keys provided peace of mind. The Gite no 4 was clean, had all the necessary facilities including a great shower, reliable WiFi, and cooking facilities. The owner provided detailed explanations of all the facilities and nearby attractions upon our arrival. The quaint historical village and the view of the old church from the backyard added to the charm of our stay. The roller shutters made the room dark for a comfortable sleep. The refrigerator and simply equipped kitchen were useful, and the grocery store nearby was convenient. The location was ideal for visiting the D-Day beaches and historical sites. We also enjoyed sitting in the backyard, sipping wine, and listening to the church bells ring.
Felt like visiting family, no reason to complain.
